Paul, an expert from SPT, will be available to address your inquiries on optimizing your recovery for continuous fitness improvement. This advanced ride is tailored for individuals with a strong foundation and fitness level.

The ride will commence promptly at 9:00 am, following a meet-up at 8:45 am. Prepare for a 25-mile journey through the picturesque Great Swamp, at a pace of approximately 16.5-17mph. We kindly request all participants to return to the Trek Bicycle Summit store by 10:30 am. After the ride, take a moment to replenish with refreshing refreshments.

To ensure a smooth experience, please come equipped with your winter base miles and a road bike in excellent working condition. Additionally, wearing a helmet is mandatory during the ride.
