Join the exhilarating Train with Wayne bootcamp workout at North End Fitness & Training in New Rochelle. This intense class is designed to push your limits and increase your strength through a variety of bodyweight movements and equipment such as slam balls, TRX, and dumbbells. Led by the experienced fitness trainer, Wayne Mordelle Jr, this workout will challenge and inspire you to reach new heights.

Starting from July 24th, the Train with Wayne bootcamp will take place every Sunday at 10 am sharp. Arrive on time, as guests arriving five minutes after the start of the class will be required to complete 10 burpees at the end of the session. All you need to bring is a positive attitude, a bottle of water, and comfortable sneakers. Wayne will provide the guidance and motivation to ensure you have an amazing workout experience.
