Join the official Elite D1 Basketball Class Development Program, facilitated by Dane Smith, the number 1 basketball trainer in Canada. This weekend, in downtown Toronto, athletes from U13 to U9 will have the opportunity to learn the intricacies of great basketball play from an experienced professional. 

During the workouts, participants will engage in a variety of activities to enhance their skills. These include warm-ups, ladder drills, skipping rope exercises, heavy rope workouts, heavy medicine ball exercises, track work, and on-court drills. It is advised to ensure proper rest between sessions. 

To make the most of the training, athletes should bring water, snacks, a yoga mat for stretching, their own basketball, extra socks, and a t-shirt to change into after the workouts. 

Each morning, the two-hour workout session will cater to both boys and girls. Participants will receive the official TOP OF THE AM T-Shirt, presented by Varna & Design Inc., along with an individual picture with Dane Smith.

Dane Smith, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Health and Performance, brings over 10 years of experience in performance development. As a former professional basketball player, he understands the importance of on-the-court and off-the-court development for young athletes.
