The sessions will include warm-ups, ladder drills, skipping rope exercises, heavy rope training, heavy medicine ball workouts, track work, and on-court exercises. Rest and recovery are crucial, so make sure to take proper rest between sessions.

To make the most of the camp, it is recommended to bring essential items such as water, snacks, a yoga mat for stretching, your own basketball, extra socks, and a t-shirt to change into after the workouts. Each morning, you will partake in a two-hour workout session, suitable for both boys and girls.
