TimbaDash Theatre presents 'TimbaTime!', a monthly sensory story session designed for young people with complex and additional needs. This FREE event takes place every fourth Saturday of the month at Gosforth Civic Theatre in Newcastle upon Tyne. Join us on the 24th of February 2024 for an immersive sensory experience like no other. 

During the session, young attendees will have the opportunity to embark on a captivating story adventure, where they will be fully immersed in a sensory world. There will be plenty to feel, hear, smell, and see, including the introduction of intriguing new characters. 

To ensure inclusivity, all sessions are accessible and tailored to meet the needs of the young people. It is essential to book your tickets in advance, as spaces are limited. Although we understand that plans can change, we kindly request that you inform us if you need to cancel, so we can offer the tickets to another family. 

The session schedule for TimbaTime! is as follows: 
- 10:00 am: Arrival
- 10:00 am - 10:15 am: Time to 'warm up' and familiarize with the space
- 10:15 am: Session start
- 11:15 am: Session close with time to cool down
- 11:30 am: End

Please note that adults must stay in the space and supervise their young people at all times to ensure the safety of all participants. If you have any allergies or triggers that we should be aware of, please feel free to get in touch with us.

From Durham, we took a bus north to Newcastle. Compared with Durham Village, Newcastle is a big city. At Durham Railway Station, I also saw several students going to Newcastle for dinner. The train arrived in about ten minutes. Here I actually saw the city wall, Hadrian&#39;s Wall. In fact, this is the northernmost border of the British province of the Roman Empire. It is similar to the city wall in China, both of which are used to defend against invasions from the north. Along the Tyne River from west to east is the entrance to the sea. In those days, the King of England built some castles here, consisting of a wooden spire main building and an earthen outer wall. New Castle is the source of the name Newcastle.

Close to Buckingham Palace. You can see many animals. Pelicans, swans, black swans, geese, squirrels, etc. The playground is also unique and nice.
