The Swim-Run Sisters are Natalie Hawkrigg, Rose Singleton and Grace Smith. Natalie is the first person to complete all the three UK Ultra Swim-Run challenges - Frog Graham, Puddle Buckley and Stirling Round. She has also completed a Winter Frog. Rose Singleton started swim-running only 2 years ago and now holds the title for the Female Tri Lakeland Champion. Grace Smith is the current Female record holder for the Frog Graham. To raise money for suicide prevention, they decided they would hold an evening of swim-run adventure stories for your entertainment. Entry is free, but we are asking for a donation on the door to our suicide prevention charity on the night. There will be a soup super on offer with coffee at the interval (also for a small donation).
