Batter sizzles, beer foams, and canvas lines the walls from ceiling to floor as hundreds, sometimes thousands, of revelers indulge in endless pancakes. This is no stuffy wine-and-cheese, pretentious, someone-gag-me art event. It’s an innovative reimagining of the art show concept. A welcoming vibe for up-and-coming artists to sell and strut their stuff in a free verse, anything goes environment. The San Antonio Life Insurance Building is a landmark historic building in downtown San Antonio, Texas, United States. The 31-story building is 123 meters tall. The building opened in 1929 and was originally known as the Smith-Young Tower, with the Smith brothers purchasing the building in 1943. In 1953, a television transmission tower was added to the structure. A 2010 renovation removed the outdated television mast and replaced it with the tower&#39;s original design, a copper canopy with a 100-foot-tall flagpole.
