The Proud Run – Virtual is an exciting multi-day event organized by Ultrarunningltd. As part of the renowned 7 Deadly Sins 7in7 series, this event offers participants the opportunity to choose their preferred distance from a full Marathon, a Half Marathon, a 10k, or a 5k. Each day of the 7 Deadly Sins race series features a uniquely designed medal, allowing participants to potentially earn up to seven different medals by completing multiple race days. On Tuesday, 16th January 2024, the race day will take place at Pengethley Manor in Ross-on-Wye. Registrations will be open from 9:00 to 9:30, with the races starting promptly at 10:00. Free parking, tea and coffee, sandwiches, soup, and toilets will be available on the day. If you are unable to attend the race day, there is also a virtual option. Virtual runs can be completed at any time during the month of October, with a minimum distance of 5k. Participants will receive a personalized Virtual Bib as a keepsake. Entry fees for the virtual option remain the same, covering administrative costs and additional postage and packaging. Please note that the event is open to both walkers and runners of any age, but individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
