1. Small Talk:
We’ve all been there, stuck in the same surface-level conversations about the weather. But what if small talk could feel more natural and actually lead to real connection? Shona will guide us through simple ways to start conversations, connect with strangers, and make networking feel more human and less forced.
2. Clear Messages, No Misunderstandings:
Have you ever said something with a specific intention… but it landed 
completely differently
? Or worse, the topic was delicate, and suddenly you’re in a hole trying to explain yourself, only making it messier. We’ll learn how to deliver our messages with clarity and confidence, and how to gracefully recover if we 
do
 fall into that hole.
3. Saying No with Confidence (and Without Guilt):
Why does saying “no” feel so stressful sometimes? Like we have to justify, apologize, or soften it until it doesn’t even sound like a “no” anymore? This session will help you understand how to set boundaries without feeling rude, how to stop over-explaining, and how to trust that your “no” is enough, because your time, energy, and values matter.

The Park has an assortment ofactivities, rides, food, civic museums, and heritage architecture emphasizing the cultural significance of early Prairie settlement/life.It&#39;s like taking a step back in time, and it&#39;s worthevery dollar. 11/10 do recommend.

Calgary is a very beautiful city. This is a city park. Prince Island Park has rich natural scenery. The park is full of various green and delicious plants and flowers. It is quite comfortable in the evening. The whole area is also very good.

WinSport Day Lodge & Hill

This is the venue for some of the events of the 15th Winter Olympic Games in 1988, and it is still a good ice and snow sanctuary. It retained the national flag of the countries participating in the conference at that time, so the flag of the former Soviet Union can still be seen flying in the wind.

Peace Bridge

It looks like a tunnel bridge, and it is also a transportation hub for passing through the other side of the river. The color of this bridge is very eye-catching, with red intersecting structures. Vehicles cannot pass through, but people and bicycles can pass freely. There are lights at night, and Fengjia feels magnificent.
