Guided breathwork will help center and calm your mind, while gentle, intuitive drawing will give you the space to express yourself without judgment. Whether you're a seasoned artist or someone who hasn’t picked up a pencil in years, the focus is on mindfulness, not technique. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with several unique pieces of artwork inspired by your own breath and personal experience.
