The Arlington Games, held in the fittest city in America, Arlington, VA, is an event that showcases the incredible fitness levels of the city's residents. This friendly competition, taking place on Sunday, November 12th at the Washington-Liberty High School Stadium, is not only an opportunity to witness the fittest people in Arlington but also to support a charitable cause. All event profits will be donated to the Washington-Liberty High School PTA, benefiting the students and staff.

Participants in The Arlington Games can compete for the esteemed title of Fittest in Arlington, either by age group and gender or against themselves. Additionally, spectators are welcome to attend. The event consists of six challenging events, including a timed footwork drill, a 100-yard sprint, a max vertical jump, push-ups and pull-ups to failure, and a one-mile run. These events will test participants' agility, explosive power, speed, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

The Arlington Games are hosted by Arlington Sports Conditioning (ASC), a renowned fitness community that has been serving the Arlington community for over a decade. ASC has helped countless individuals achieve their fitness goals, and their expertise ensures that The Arlington Games will be a memorable and well-organized event.
