Ted Pim’s latest exhibition, Loinnir, is the incarnation of his relentless experiments with light and cultural symbols. Loinnir is an Irish/Gaelic word meaning radiance, gleam, or shimmer. It symbolizes enlightenment not only in optical or physical sense but also in the metaphysical and intangible senses. Drawing on this Irish heritage, Pim’s current practice appropriates classical motifs and Old Masters’ imagery through repetition, cropping, and radical recontextualization, transforming the familiar into the uncanny. By doing so, Pim’s works are stripped of original narratives and resist narrative closure. The Bund is located on the banks of the Huangpu River in Huangpu District, Shanghai, the outer Huangpu Beach, which is a historical and cultural district of China. From 1844 (the Qingdao Guangxu four years), the Bund area was designated as the British Concession, becoming a true portrayal of Shanghai Shiliyangchang, and also the starting point of the old Shanghai Concession and the entire modern city of Shanghai. The Bund is1.5 kilometers long, from Yan&#39;an East Road in the south, to the Waibaidu Bridge on the Suzhou River in the north, to the east is the Huangpu River, and to the west is the concentration of old Shanghai financial and foreign trade institutions. After Shanghai became a commercial center, foreign banks, commercial banks, general associations and newspapers began to gather here, and the Bund became a financial center in the country and even the Far East. In August of the 32nd year of the Republic of China (1943), the Bund was returned to the Shanghai public concession in Wang Puppet National Government, ending the 100-year concession period, and in the 34th year of the Republic of China (1945), it had the official road name Zhongshan East Road. The Bund stands 52 different styles of classical revival building, known as the Bund World Architecture Expo Group, is an important historical monument and representative building in China in recent and modern times. One of the landmarks of Shanghai, the State Council of the People&#39;s Republic of China listed it in the fourth batch of national key cultural relics protection list in November 1996. bit. The Bund runs through 9 roads from north to south: South Suzhou River Road, Beijing East Road, Dianchi Road, Nanjing East Road, Jiujiang Road, Hankou Road, Fuzhou Road, Guangdong Road, Yan&#39;an East Road, the whole length is 1.5 kilometers. The Bund has four seasons, mild and humid, abundant rainfall, long frost-free period, and is a subtropical monsoon climate. The Bund has a shorter spring and autumn, and a longer winter and summer. More than 60% of the rain is concentrated in the flood period from May to September. After the concession was seized by Britain and France in the 1840s, the Bund has become a sovereign area. Western powers operate, manage and build the concession in their way. After financial enterprises have a place on the Bund, that is, the construction of civil construction and the construction of the company building, and the Bund buildings have mostly been reconstructed three or more times. We have never been to a Disneyland so had no expectations. We got our ticket on trip and then registered it onto the Disney app, plus got some early entry tickets which are released a week before. The early entry was great to get photos without the crowds and on a few of the long wait rides before main entry. Everything was easy to understand and we had a great day! Would recommend!!

The Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower is worth a visit. From the top you can overlook the Huangpu River and Lujiazui. There are also some high-tech exhibitions to see. The revolving restaurant on the 267th floor is cost-effective.

I didn&#39;t expect my parents to get free tickets, but unfortunately I am not a snake, haha, everyone is so happy, I am the second time to enter the park, have experience, with the old man, the old woman, the angry brush killer whale sea lion dolphin mermaid show, perfect end of a good day.

Convenient transportation, just next to the subway People&#39;s Square Station, recently in the Egyptian Cultural Relics Exhibition, it is worth seeing on the first floor.
