Discover the essence of Tai Chi through the Tai Chi Silk Reeling Workshop in Ryde, Isle of Wight. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience spiralling partner work under the guidance of instructor Nicola from Earth Balance Tai Chi.

The workshop will be held on May 25, 2024, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Ryde Chiropractic & Complementary Therapies, located at 81 George Street, Ryde, PO33 2JF.
