Séan McCann, founder and singer with the lendary band Great Big Sea will be performing a benefit concert at the Jasper Baptist Church with 100% of proceeds going to the Jasper Food Bank, which provides short term support for people who cannot afford to buy food. SInce leaving the band in December 2013, Sean continues his journey as a singer, songwriter, husband, father, and now a sought after keynote speaker and mental health advocate. This will be more than a night of music, It will be an experience and an evening to remember. Please note access to venue is via stairs. A chair lift is available if needed.

Pyramid Mountain and Pyramid Lake
Pyramid Mountain and Pyramid Lake are very close to the town of Jasper. Pyramid Mountain is approximately an equilateral triangle, and the exposed rocks are golden yellow, shining in the sun, hence the name Pyramid Mountain. Pyramid Lake is not large, but it is named so because it is at the foot of Pyramid Mountain. The golden Pyramid Mountain is reflected in the emerald Pyramid Lake, with clear and sharp edges, becoming a famous scene in Jasper National Park. There are also many wild animals here.

Iceland Avenue is the only way to Jasper National Park, surrounded by snowy mountains, beautiful scenery; the bus stop to the Colombian ice sheet glacier is next to Iceland Avenue, and the ice sheet snowmobile to the glacier is spectacular and shocking.

This place is famous. If you are from the south, I suggest you go and see it. After all, it is a world of ice. Take a special snow car. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the glacier. It is sunny and windy on the glacier. Wear more clothes. The service area under the glacier is very good. There are food and drinks. You can see the distant view of the glacier while drinking coffee. It is very comfortable. There are also tourist commodities.
