What will you make and learn:
•During this workshop, you will make 4x salmon nigiri sushi, 1x half size spicy salmon roll and 1x half size California roll.
•You will know how to make nigiri sushi , rolls and sushi rice also how to cut the fish for nigiri sushi and rolls.
About the chef:
My name is Toru, and I am originally from the Hokkaido region of Japan. Last year, I moved from Tokyo to Calgary!
In Tokyo, I gained extensive experience offering sushi-making experiences to both Japanese locals as well as tourists from overseas. I also spent time working as an assistant instructor at a sushi school.
I’ve successfully taught many people how to correctly prepare sushi, and I'm now bringing this experience to Calgary!
After completion of this workshop, you can apply the skills you learned by making delicious sushi at home for your family and friends!

A fun, festive, and educational experience foreveryone. The Park has an assortment ofactivities, rides, food, civic museums, and heritage architecture emphasizing the cultural significance of early Prairie settlement/life.It&#39;s like taking a step back in time, and it&#39;s worthevery dollar. 11/10 do recommend.

Calgary is a beautiful city. This is a city park. Princes Island Park has a rich natural scenery. The park is full of various green beauty plants and flowers. It is quite comfortable in the evening. The whole area is also good.

Peace Bridge

It looks like a tunnel bridge, and it is also a transportation hub for passing through the other side of the river. The color of this bridge is very eye-catching, with red intersecting structures. Vehicles cannot pass through, but people and bicycles can pass freely. There are lights at night, and Fengjia feels magnificent.

it&#39;s a nice place to visit not only for kids but for adults who love animals as well. i went here alone, and it was nice to have a walk and see the animals at the same time. sadly,the pandas are gone, but i got to see them before they&#39;re gone.
