Come and show your support for GNP Children's Ministry at the Super Bowl Sunday Children's Ministry Fundraiser. Hosted by Greater New Psalmist Church Children's Ministry, this event will allow you to watch the highly anticipated 2024 Super Bowl LVIII while helping raise funds for our new Children's Ministry starting in March 2024.

By attending this fundraiser, you will be contributing to the purchase of essential items needed for a successful children's ministry, such as lesson plan books, craft supplies for bible lesson activities, safety supplies, toys for free time, and food and office supplies. Our goal is to raise $2,000 or more to ensure we have everything we need.

Greater New Psalmist Church recognizes the urgent need for a children's ministry in today's generation. Children and teens face numerous challenges, including child abuse, neglect, poverty, substance abuse, mental health issues, bullying, LGBTQ+ struggles, and violence. Through our ministry, we aim to provide guidance and support, helping children find solace in God's word during difficult times and paving the way for a brighter future.

Join us on February 11, 2024, at Greater New Psalmist Church in Toledo for the projection viewing of The 2024 Super Bowl LVIII. This is a unique opportunity to connect with the GNP community, enjoy fellowship, and support our Children's Ministry. Show your team spirit by dressing in your favorite NFL team's football paraphernalia. All ticket sales, priced at $25 and inclusive of dinner, will directly benefit the Greater New Psalmist Children's Ministry.

I drove from Madrid to Cordoba and visited the ancient city. Due to time constraints, I only visited the cathedral, the San Martin Bridge, and the observation deck. This ancient city is still worth a day to visit.

The St. Martin Bridge, located on the west side of the ancient city of Toledo, is a medieval bridge across the Tahoe River. It was built in the 13th century and built in the late 14th century. Two Gothic-style defense towers stand at the head of the bridge. The five-arch stone bridge with a large arch + four small arch is similar to the Zhaozhou Bridge in China. Looking at the stone bridge, the mottled exterior tells the vicissitudes of history, the city emblem of the bridge shows the immortal glory, and the monastery in the distance blooms with a straight figure...

The Alcázar

Castles

The Alc&aacute;zar Castle in Toledo is located at the highest point of the ancient city. It is a castle with a long history and a tragic fate.
In the third century, a Roman palace was built; in the tenth century, after Muslims conquered Toledo, they built this commanding height of the ancient city into a fortress; in the eleventh century, Christianity recaptured Toledo and built a castle here; during the reign of Carlos I in the sixteenth century, the castle was converted into a royal palace; after his successor Philip II moved the capital to Madrid, the castle lost its original important status and served as a prison, barracks, workshop and military academy.
During the Spanish Civil War, the castle was severely damaged in the war; after the war, in order to commend the soldiers guarding the castle, Franco ordered the castle to be rebuilt as it was, and it has been preserved to this day.

Today&#39;s castle is square, magnificent and majestic; the bottom floor of the castle has some ruins left as a memorial; the main body of the castle has become a military museum and library; the top floor of the castle has a 360&deg; panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of the ancient city.

The cloisters and church are full of beautiful details, well worth a look. Wonderful old monastery. Although it is a bit far from the center of Toledo, it is worth visiting. The ticket was quite reasonable, only 3 euro per adult.
