No yoga experience is necessary for this class, as it is more focused on the goats than the yoga itself. Terrell will gently lead you through a flow, but the most important thing is to listen to your own body and do what feels good. The goats will bring their playful energy, jumping on your back and even falling asleep in your arms. To ensure everyone can fully participate, please wear a shirt that covers your entire back, as the goats may get a little dirty.
