The highly anticipated Sunrise Run 5K/10K/13.1 REDDING event is coming to REDDING on November 4, 2023. This is a must-attend event for all running enthusiasts! With its picturesque course along the Sacramento River Trail, participants will be treated to stunning scenic views at sunrise. The run is designed for all ages and paces, and walkers are welcome too. 

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, each wave is capped at just 15 participants. So don't wait to secure your spot in one of the waves! The organizers will close off waves as soon as they fill up. But don't worry if the waves are sold out, there is a virtual run option available as well. Although virtual runners won't be able to run with the coordinators on August 5th, they will have the opportunity to transfer their registration to any future run (held once a month!). 

When you sign up for the Sunrise Run, you're not only signing up for a run, but also embarking on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle. In addition to the race itself, participants will receive a swag bag that includes a premium running shirt and either a finisher's medal or a custom mug.
