The SDCF Annual In-House Merry Fitmas Partner Competition is a highly anticipated event that welcomes all members of the Sundown CF community. Teams will be formed based on skill level and gender, with options for M/M, F/F, or mixed partners in both the RX and Scaled divisions. Each team will have the opportunity to participate in three challenging workouts, culminating in a final event for the top RX and Scaled teams. In addition to the exhilarating competition, participants can look forward to delicious food, exciting prizes, and the chance to showcase their holiday spirit with festive attire. It is important to note that at least one partner must be a Sundown CF member in order to compete. The RX division will have specific movement requirements including pull-ups, toes to bar, and various weightlifting exercises. For the Scaled division, movement requirements are slightly modified to accommodate different skill levels. Beginners are also encouraged to join the fun, with no minimum requirements necessary.
