This event will take place for the second year running at The Guildhall, Priory Park , a serene location perfect for this special occasion. The Summer Solstice is the perfect time to leave behind those things that no longer serve you, to release bad habits and to focus on what is to come. You may wish to set some intentions and goals for the remaining part of the year and you can start on those today, don't delay!
Don't worrry if you haven't been to a sound / gong bath before, this will be a great place to start and what an incredible venue too. All you need to do is make yourself comfortable on the floor or on a chair, we will take care of the rest. Wear comfortable clothes and you may like to bring the following: Blanket to keep you cosyYoga mat or similar to lay onPillow for you headEye maskWater to drink afterwardsDue to the nature of the building, the stone floor is very hard and may be dusty so please bear that in mind and you may wish to bring extra blankets.
