Sprints to Strides
 is a movement-focused workshop for runners looking to improve their stride, sharpen acceleration, and feel more in control at faster paces.
This workshop blends sprint mechanics, plyometric prep, and a structured track session—all led by experienced coaches who know how to build speed with purpose. Whether you're training for a race or looking to add something new to your routine, this is your chance to move with more intention, coordination, and power.
What’s Included:
Sprint mechanics + acceleration drills
Plyometric prep for stiffness, rhythm, and posture
Coached track session (scalable for any pace)
Recovery flow + community cooldown
Hydration, nutrition, and recovery support
Your Coaches:
Scott (Physiotherapist)

Rachel (RMT)
 — Co-leads of RevibeRuns. Supporting warm-ups, cooldowns, and recovery strategies throughout the session.
Tyrone Edwards
 — Performance Coach + founder of Optimize Potential. Specializes in sprint mechanics, speed development, and movement coaching. He’ll lead our sprint drills, form work, and short-distance acceleration prep.
Joe Francisco
 — Distance coach and community builder. Joe works with runners from first-timers to Boston qualifiers, leads Summer School run crew, and has partnered on activations with Nike, Asics, Hyrox, and Lululemon. He’ll lead the coached track session focused on accelerations, stride quality, and maintaining control at speed.
