About your hosts:
Silent Mind Meditation holds a soothing environment for deep, introspective healing. Using guided meditation and a variety of sounds and instrumentals, our goal is to bring you deep within yourself to discover your alignment and inner truth. We allow you to let go and settle into the relaxation of ways of authentic being, allowing you to become more present to yourself, others and your everyday life.
Shayleen McHugh is passionate about self care, spirituality and personal development. Her love of alternative wellness, holistic health and natural healing developed after her own personal experiences with mental health, stress burnout and recovery. She started her career as a Reiki practitioner and teacher in 2016 with a focus in treating the effects of stress and trauma. Shayleen became a Massage Therapist in 2024 to better understand the mind-body connection and to help her clients do the same.

Calgary is a very beautiful city. This is a city park. Prince Island Park has rich natural scenery. The park is full of various green and delicious plants and flowers. It is quite comfortable in the evening. The whole area is also very good.

WinSport Day Lodge & Hill

This is the venue for some of the events of the 15th Winter Olympic Games in 1988, and it is still a good ice and snow sanctuary. It retained the national flag of the countries participating in the conference at that time, so the flag of the former Soviet Union can still be seen flying in the wind.

Peace Bridge

It looks like a tunnel bridge, and it is also a transportation hub for passing through the other side of the river. The color of this bridge is very eye-catching, with red intersecting structures. Vehicles cannot pass through, but people and bicycles can pass freely. There are lights at night, and Fengjia feels magnificent.
