will take you on a sound journey to help your nervous system enter a parasympathetic state while Barbara, a licensed Registered Acupuncturist and owner of 
AcuNiagara Acupuncture & Wellness
 will perform gentle, effective acupuncture techniques to each participant.
The combination of Acupuncture with Sound Meditation creates a soothing space to deeply relax and recalibrate. Quiet the mind, and release tension and stress in the body, as the combined therapies activate your body's innate healing energy.
Acupuncture therapy will consist of several points geared to deep relaxation, leaving you feeling calm and refreshed.
A portion of the event fee may qualify for coverage under extended health benefit plans! A receipt for Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) acupuncture treatment will be provided after you attend the event (please verify if you have coverage with your insurer).
About the hosts:
Barbara Poczyniak, R.Ac is a Registered Acupuncturist with a focus on supporting women's health at all stages of life.
Veronica King is a trained Sound Therapy Practitioner who offers group sound baths such as this one, as well as private 1:1 sessions.
What to know/to bring:
Several acupuncture points will be applied to the hands, feet, and head.
Wear comfy clothing, with loose pants and sleeves that can be rolled or pulled up.
You will be lying on mats, please wear layers in case your body cools down during the session.
Bring water, yoga mat, blanket and (optional) eye pillow.

5.1 I went to Niagara Falls that day. I was lucky to catch up with the Maiden Cruise in the fog. I went to experience the feeling of pouring the rain from head to toe under the waterfall for $30. The attraction will send raincoats, remember to bring your shoes or it will be all wet. But it is best to see the waterfalls across Canada by boat. Niagara Falls has several observation decks. If you have a long time, you can go and see it. In addition, there is a wind tunnel scenic spot where you can see the bridal veil waterfall. The American Falls can also be seen on the observation deck without charge, but the best angle is also to enjoy the Maiden Cruise in the fog

When visiting Niagara Falls, you must take a cruise to get a close look at the falls. We bought a package ticket for about 100 yuan, and it seemed that taking a boat alone only cost a few dozen yuan. The waiting time in line was not long, and each boat could accommodate many people. Raincoats must be worn, but you will still get wet when you get close to the falls. The whole journey took about half an hour.
