Join in for an intimate evening of music, celebrating the many forms of love at the Songs About All Kinds of Love: House Concert & Mini-Open Mic. This enchanting event will feature three incredibly talented local female singer-songwriters, Alex Fam, Ariel Friedman, and Anat Halevy-Hochberg, coming together for the first time. Their harmonies and folk-inspired instrumentation will fill the air, weaving heartfelt songs that honor love in all its manifestations – from the romantic and platonic to self-love. Immerse yourself in a passionate and connected atmosphere as these musicians share their beautiful melodies and soulful performances.

If you feel inspired, step up to the mic during our mini-open mic session. Share your own love-inspired songs, spoken word pieces, or heartfelt stories. This warm and welcoming space is for everyone to express themselves and celebrate love in all its forms. Please note that the open mic will allow either one song per person or no longer than 5 minutes for spoken word.

The event will be held in Somerville at Teele Square on February 14, 2024. Light snacks and drinks will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please be aware that the seating will be a mix of floor sitting/cushions, couch, and chairs, and there are 6 stairs leading up into the apartment.
