offers a deeply personal and impactful look at immigrant life in the United kingdom and mirrors Ken Loach’s socially conscious approach to cinema.
Isolated and trapped in her flatshare in Edinburgh, Aurora is a Portuguese warehouse worker struggling to find direction and connection while working for a large corporation. Her desperation swells as her hopes of escaping her current situation slips more and more from her fingers, and she clings onto the brief but meaningful exchanges she has with her co-workers and flatmates.
On Falling
 won the Sutherland prize for best feature at the 2024 BFI London Film Festival, as well as screening at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.
