Gabbie Lamm is a dedicated personal trainer and fitness instructor at Depth Training, bringing over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. A lifelong athlete, she developed a love for movement through multi-sport competition and turned her passion for health and fitness into a career after graduating from university. Beyond fitness, Gabbie is also a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), pursuing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology to bridge the gap between mental and physical wellness. She thrives on helping people build confidence, establish lifelong healthy habits, and reach their full potential—both in the gym and beyond. Gabbie’s favourite ways to move include running, spin, and bodyweight exercises, but lifting weights will always have her heart. As a lululemon Train Ambassador at Conestoga Mall, she’s excited to inspire and support her community in finding joy through movement.
