The Smart Scholars Symposium: Identity, Space, and Time in the Visual Arts is a showcase of the interdisciplinary research and creative endeavors of the 2023–2024 Smart Scholars cohort at the Smart Museum of Art's Feitler Center for Academic Inquiry in Chicago. The symposium will delve into various themes, including photographic representations of Mexican national identity, Czech visual narrative, Black subjectivities in space, and the 13th-century Chinese funerary vessels' lived experience. Attendees, both from the campus and the community, are welcome to explore the cohort's individual research projects through public talks that feature creative interventions in film, poetry, photography, and lyric essay. Presenters include Adesuwa Obasuyi, Anna Katz, Cristina Rodriguez, and Ruofan Zhao, showcasing a diverse range of academic disciplines and creative expressions. Smart Scholars is an undergraduate research program that culminates in original works of visual art, music, dance, writing, or scholarly essays, all inspired by objects from the Smart Museum's collection. The event is scheduled for May 9, 2024, at the Smart Museum of Art, and admission is free.

If you are near Hyde Park, this small museum is worth visiting for the last hour. It is small but always has some well organized and distinctive exhibits, with art gallery commentary, children&#39;s activities, seminars, etc. If you are visiting the school or visiting nearby attractions, you can stop by here. There is also a small cafe next to it where you can simply have a lunch or snack.

It&#39;s great. There are many masterpieces by masters. It&#39;s worth visiting, especially Monet&#39;s works. It takes about 4 hours to visit. From ancient Greece, ancient Rome to the European period, there are many people. It is recommended to come early in the morning.

Before riding the elevator to the top, there&rsquo;s an exhibition introducing Chicago. It covers architecture, famous people from the city, food, and more. At the tower&rsquo;s summit, you can take in a panoramic view of the entire city. It&rsquo;s definitely a worthwhile experience.

It&rsquo;s a very nice and unique looking building. The view from the top of the building is beautiful. The view of the shoreline of the lake is very nice from this building. The Tilt is worth visiting. This might not be the amusement factor for the faint of heart. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
