Sis Walks & Talks is back on Saturday, April 27 at Pennypack Park for a soul-nourishing experience of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. We’ll begin with a 15-minute gentle yoga session, followed by a 45-minute Sister Talk circle to share, reflect, and uplift one another. We’ll close with a 45-minute walk along a peaceful, paved trail to ground and recharge. Come as you are—let’s heal, walk, and grow together.
Our Yoga Instuctor Taylor Nickens is a passionate advocate for holistic community wellness, drawing on her global studies in plant medicine, meditation, and intentional movement. Through monthly wellness festivals, tea workshops, and yoga experiences, she creates healing spaces that inspire others to align with nature and embrace a more grounded, intentional way of living.
All levels are welcome for this light, 15-minute yoga experience. You’re encouraged to bring a mat and come as you are—just breathe, stretch, and flow.

A light snack and water will be provided to keep you refreshed, along with guided conversation prompt cards to spark meaningful dialogue, and a complimentary swag bag filled with wellness goodies.
