This session focuses on tackling the ascents and descents of Dalby's Red Route confidently. Another popular Dalby coaching course which will be focusing on those ascents and descents on the red trail. This course focuses on techniques including weight shift and attack position to develop that essential flow on the trail.  Several dates to choose from.  Based at Low Dalby  Max. ratio 1:6  Open to all riders aged 15 years and above.  Recommended for beginner riders looking to ride the red or develop red grade skills.  Prerequisites: A mountain bike, helmet and ability to ride the blue trail with confidence. Please allow plenty of time for travelling to Dalby and aim to arrive 15 minutes before the course actually starts as the instructors can only wait for five minutes past the start time.
