This year's Design Week, themed "One Exhibition, One Award, One Decade, One City," integrates design resources from across the region, year-round, and across all industries, and synergizes with the opening of the Shenzhen Bay Cultural Plaza to create a city-wide design extravaganza. The theme of Design Week is "Design Makes Classics Bloom," and the main events will run for 10 days, from October 29th to November 7th, 2025.
**Events include** the opening ceremony, a roundtable dialogue among global "City of Design" cities and the Global Designers Conference, the "Kunpeng Award" ceremony for the Global Design Awards, the 6th UNESCO Creative Cities Network Shenzhen Creative Design Emerging Talent Award, and the implementation of the "Global Partner" program.
**In addition,** dozens of creative design activities will be held throughout the year, comprehensively shaping an international cultural brand that matches the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone's status as a pioneering demonstration zone of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Design experts from the International Design Council, Asia, North America, and Europe have been invited to participate. Representatives from domestic design capital cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, and Chongqing, as well as experts and scholars from top domestic design institutions, will gather together for this grand event.

The Window of the World Haunted House experience is an immersive horror feast! With a rich variety of themes, the eerie Thai-style Neon Dream Hotel and the Egyptian-inspired Return of the Pharaohs are particularly stunning. The scenes are realistically constructed, with details like bloodstains and mummies aplenty [__LINK_ICON].

The action-packed action features real-life NPCs throughout, with surprise attacks, chases, and interactive performances, complemented by strobing lights and stunning sound effects, for a truly immersive experience. Some haunted houses feature dual routes or hidden gems for added excitement.

The experience is even better during less crowded hours. While some themes are a bit shorter, the overall atmosphere and gameplay are worth the daring, offering excellent value for money [__LINK_ICON].

I love to play, so I chose a Monday to bring my fifth-grader for a wild ride. Mondays are incredibly crowded, and there are no lines. The rides are often fully booked, making the experience truly amazing. Since there&#39;s no line, I can skip getting off and queue again, and simply play a second time. We watched the evening parade before heading home. Each parade team was beautifully designed, and the characters were very engaging and engaging with the crowds. There are still many areas I haven&#39;t explored yet, so I&#39;ll definitely come back next time.

Safari Park Shenzhen

The golden monkey and gibbon exhibition areas in Shenzhen Wildlife Park are very eye-catching. There are no traditional cages in the exhibition areas. They are on a small island in the middle of the lake. The animals are in very good condition.
