SEDUCT-ercize, led by instructor Kristen King, is a captivating workout that combines elements of burlesque with a full-body exercise routine suitable for all body types and fitness levels. No prior experience is necessary to participate in this class, as Kristen will guide you through a series of cardio, toning, balance, and flexibility exercises inspired by the art of burlesque. The sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes and are designed to accommodate individuals at various fitness levels. To ensure a comfortable experience, please remember to bring a yoga mat, a necktie (though Kristen has extras if you need one), and a water bottle. Dress in comfortable workout attire, and feel free to wear costumes that allow for safe movement. Bare feet are recommended, but if you prefer, you can bring your own small hand weights or resistance bands to intensify the challenge. Tickets for individual classes or multi-class passes can be purchased online or at the venue. The instructor, Kristen King, has a decade of experience teaching community group fitness classes and is a certified ZUMBA® instructor. She was recognized as Leadville/Lake County's Best Fitness Instructor in 2019. When she's not teaching, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and 11-year-old twins, singing karaoke, and working as a life and business coach for private clients.
