The Sapporo Lilac Festival began in 1959 at the initiative of a cultural figure. In 1960, lilacs were chosen as the city tree of Sapporo and became a familiar symbol to citizens. Today, this festival has become a representative spring event in early summer in Sapporo.

At the Odori venue, about 400 lilacs are in bloom, and events such as a music festival, a wine garden, and a stamp rally are held. The Kawashita venue has a variety of events such as lilac tours and concerts. For the citizens of Sapporo, this festival marks the end of the long winter and the beginning of the outdoor activity season.

The second time I came to Odori Park, this time I decided to climb the TV tower. Tickets are 1,000 yen, Trip.com buy tickets for 45 yuan. Tickets are fast and easy to pick up. The elevator goes straight up quickly, and the scenery outside the elevator suddenly unfolds. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Odori City and Odori Park. The cherry blossoms outside the tower are brilliant, but unfortunately it is at night, ready to go to the cherry blossoms during the day.

It is worth seeing. In the afternoon, I went to the algae rock mountain from JR. I took a taxi to the entrance of the algae rock mountain cable car. 2900 (the driver opened the wrong one, it should be less than 2700). I bought the ticket directly at Trip.com , and then I went directly to the window to scan the code to pick up the ticket. I thought there were no people in the algae rock mountain during the day, but otherwise, there were still many people waiting for the cable car. The cable car is divided into two sections. There is a cafe to sit down in the first section, or go to the top to see the scenery at the foot of the mountain. There are many elderly people who are hiking on the mountain. They are very thin and have trekking poles. They are very stylish. In fact, there is not much to see on the top of the mountain. You can take a break and take the cable car down. There is no store under the mountain. Just go directly to the tram and transfer to the city to the subway. The cost is not expensive. Watching the old man walking like a flying, suddenly feel that the meaning of travel may lie in these inadvertent moments - not how beautiful the scenery on the top of the mountain is, but the people and things I met on this road, so that the ordinary journey becomes vivid and unforgettable.
