Join the SAME DC Post at the Capitals Military Appreciation Night on Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 7:00 pm at the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC. The Washington Capitals will be hosting their 22nd annual Salute to the Military Night during their NHL game against the New Jersey Devils. This special evening is dedicated to honoring the brave men and women who have served the country in the armed forces. The SAME DC Post has purchased a group of 30 tickets in Section 419 of the arena. As part of this ticket package, the SAME DC Post will also be donating fifty (50) tickets to troops to attend the event. The game begins at 7:00 pm, with the arena opening at 12:00 pm on the day of the event. Please review the Capital One Arena event page for more information on bag policy, mobile ticketing, parking/metro, and food and beverage options. Individual tickets are available for $100 and include one (1) ticket in Section 419, a SAME DC Post event T-shirt, and a Capitals hat. Sponsor packages are also available for $450 and include two (2) tickets in Section 419, two (2) SAME DC Post event T-shirts, and two (2) Capitals hats. For a VIP experience, VIP sponsor packages are available for $1,000 and include two (2) tickets in Section 419, two (2) passes to a pregame networking event, access to the special event suite, two (2) SAME DC Post event T-shirts, and two (2) Capitals hats. Sponsors must submit their one-color logo by noon on Monday, February 12 to be included on the event T-shirt. Please note that tickets will become available 24 hours before the game and are non-refundable. You can walk to the Seattle 520 Bridge from Bellevue, as shown in Figure 1. There is also a beautiful park and parking lot here. If you like to walk across the bridge, you can reach Seattle. If you like to take the bus, you can also do so. The bus station is just below the parking lot. There are many buses and the waiting time is not long. It is very convenient.
