Join the Salsa 101 Crash Course for Beginners at Henke in Houston on Thursday, February 8th. This beginner-friendly course is perfect for those looking to learn the fundamentals of Salsa dancing. The Absolute Beginner Crash Course is designed to be easy to follow and fun, with a focus on teaching fundamental footwork and turns. Whether you're attending alone or with a partner, you'll have the opportunity to learn and practice in a supportive environment. Register online in advance to save up to $20 off the ticket price. Early registration costs $25 for ladies, $30 for gentlemen, and $45 for couples. Door registration is available for $35 per person, but please text for availability and do not show up unannounced. The course schedule includes check-in and an introduction to Salsa Dancing at 7PM, followed by beginner Salsa figures, turns, and footwork at 8PM. Social combinations and a review will take place at 9PM, with social dancing and practica until 11:30PM. The event is for ages 18 and up. The venue, Henke & Pillot, is located at 809 Congress Street in Houston, TX. Free street parking is available around Market Square Park, but please avoid parking in commercial and emergency red zones. Take your valuables with you or hide them in your trunk out of plain view.
