Join me for a sacred group sound bath at 
Within Wellness Studio at 207 14th St NW, Unit 200 in Calgary, AB
 
on Friday, November 14 from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. Please arrive up to 15min early to give yourself time to set up and decompress. The doors will be locked 5min before start time.
How to Prepare:
Please wear comfortable clothing
Please bring a comfortable surface to lay on such as a yoga mat, camping mat, or trifold mattress - whatever you need to lay on the ground comfortably. 
There will be yoga mats available if needed**
Please bring any other items to enhance your comfort such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, water and journal to write down reflections.
Parking:
Paid parking is available next to the studio
There is also various free parking spots in the area

Carmen is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner based in Calgary, Alberta. Using the harmonic vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, she guides guests on a deeply immersive journey to inner peace, calm, and renewal. 
Offering both group and 1:1 sessions, Carmen provides in-person and virtual experiences. Inspired by her own transformative experiences with sound healing, she creates a space for others to quiet the mind and explore deep stillness.

it&#39;s a nice place to visit not only for kids but for adults who love animals as well. i went here alone, and it was nice to have a walk and see the animals at the same time. sadly,the pandas are gone, but i got to see them before they&#39;re gone.
