Faut-il présenter une carte d’identité ou y a-t-il un âge minimum pour participer?
L’âge minimum est 18 ans.
Quelles sont les possibilités de transport/stationnement pour se rendre à la présentation?
Il y a un excellent service d’autobus sur la rue Rideau. Vous pouvez stationner dans les niveaux inférieurs du Loblaws au coin des rues Rideau et Nelson.
Est-ce que j’apporte la carte d’adhésion à la présentation?
Oui, vous devez apportez votre carte d’adhésion à chaque présentation.
Vous recevrez votre carte d’adhésion par la poste en septembre avant la premiere présentation. Si vous ne recevez pas votre carte à temps, apportez votre billet imprimé à la présentation.
Quelle est votre politique de remboursement?
Les ventes sont finales. Les cartes d’adhésions sont échangeables pour une autre série, s’il reste des billets.
Le nom sur la carte d’adhésion n’est pas le même que le participant/spectateur. Ça va?

J'ai mon reçu électronique, mais les cartes de membre ne sont pas encore arrivées. Est-ce que je dois m'inquiéter?
Ne vous en faites pas, tout va bien. Votre reçu électronique confirme que vous avez bien indiqué le soir et la série de votre choix. Les cartes de membre vous serons envoyées avant la première présentation de la série, normalement au début du mois de septembre.
Est-ce que je receverai un reçu pour impôts pour mon don au Ciné-club?
Le Ciné-club d'Ottawa est un organisme sans but lucratif, mais il n'est pas un organisme de bienfaisance enregistré, donc nous ne pouvons pas malheureusement émettre des reçus pour impôts. Cependant, nous vous remercions pour votre générosité.
