If your desired wave is already full, don't worry - you can still participate by signing up for the virtual run option or joining the waitlist. Runners of all ages and paces are welcome, whether you prefer running or walking. No equipment or setup is required - simply lace up your shoes and let our coordinators guide you through the course. And for those who like to keep track of their time, our coordinators can assist you with timing using bib numbers provided on race day.

As a participant, you'll receive a premium running shirt that showcases the spirit of New York City. And after completing the race, you'll earn a finisher's medal as a memento of your achievement.
