Columbia-Shuswap Events in September, 2023

Join the Rozzie Fitness Charity Class (benefitting Alzheimer's Assoc.) - In Person, and connect with your Rozzie neighbors for a invigorating full-body workout on Fallon Field in Boston. This charitable event will take place on September 23, 2023. The workout is open to all fitness levels, as long as participants have received clearance from their doctor for exercise. Exercise modifications will be provided to accommodate different fitness levels. 

By attending this event, you will contribute to a great cause, as all proceeds will go towards the Alzheimer's Association's Walk to End Alzheimer's. Donations will be accepted for entry, allowing you to support this important organization. The workout will be held on grass, so please bring your own yoga mat if desired. As the weather is likely to be hot, it is recommended to bring plenty of water and sunscreen for your comfort and protection.

Closed-toed shoes are required for safety during the exercises, which will include movements on the ground. If you need a secure place to store your personal items or access restrooms before the class, please arrive at Rozzie Fitness (Inside Space 119 - 119 Belgrade Ave) by 9:25am.
