SAS Faculty is excited to present "Rock of Ages," a gripping musical that narrates the journey of two individuals, Drew and Sherrie, as they pursue their aspirations of achieving stardom in Los Angeles. Set in the iconic Dupree Room, which stands as a revered symbol of rock 'n' roll brilliance, the story takes a dramatic turn when developers threaten its existence, proposing its replacement with a mundane strip mall. Enter Stacee Jaxx, the legendary rockstar, whose arrival in town sparks hope for both Drew and the Dupree Room. However, as ambitions take hold, Drew relinquishes his relationship with Sherrie, jeopardizing their love amidst the chaos. Will they be able to salvage their romance in the face of adversity? Can the Dupree Room be spared from destruction before it's too late? This timeless tale of love and destiny is accentuated by an electrifying 80s rock soundtrack that will transport you back in time.
