Join Mike once a month on Monday evenings, for a one hour Sound Healing Experince at St John's Parish in Baildon.
Sound Healing is a non-invasive modality, that applies the use of Therapeutic Sound to promote general good health and a sense of wellbeing. Sound Healing works holistically on all levels of our being; mind, body and spirit. Sound Healing is very safe and powerfully transformational process.
For the best experince, it is suggested that you bring:
- A Matt, or something to lie on
- A Blanket, or something to keep warm
- A eye Pillow is optional
- Any other props, cushions or bolsters you feel you may need, to be laid down comfortably for up to 50 minutes.
