Welcome to the Release Retreat by naam ek! 
This retreat is your chance to move, breathe, and reset.
We’ll begin with a grounding yoga session that incorporates breath-work and intentional release, preparing your body and mind for a powerful contrast therapy experience.
You’ll be guided through cycles of sauna heat followed by cold plunge immersion—designed to energize your system, awaken your senses, and create space for renewal.
Afterward, we’ll gather in community with warm tea and nourishing food to reflect, connect, and simply be.
What to expect:
Yoga + breath-work to open and release
Guided contrast therapy: sauna + cold plunge (repeated cycles)
Tea + light food to ground and nourish
$100 Energy Exchange
