In 2022, my relationship with my wife was hardly harmonious. We were working on our relationship, seeing a couples therapist, and trying to “talk it out.” We wanted to solve the problems in our relationship, but we only hurt each other’s feelings more when we tried. Despite all our efforts, we were only becoming more distant from each other. I knew I loved her, but nothing seemed to work. 
We were on the brink of divorce.
Thankfully, 
I found an understanding that saved my marriage
. Through a series of realizations about myself and our relationship, I was able to reconnect. Our daughter was born last year in January.
We used to argue and get upset.
  
Now, we have more harmony than I would have thought possible.
 I carry her in my heart.
  Beautiful feelings of gratitude, compassion, and connection replaced our disconnection, frustration, and resentment.

He uses metaphor and in the moment wisdom to help achievers stop striving and start flowing.
