She shares her learning from years of practice with people and pets and has studied locally and abroad with International Usui Reiki Teacher Frans Stiene. Teresa can't wait to share this traditional practice with you so that you can apply it to your healing journey.

Infuse your day with relaxation, healing, and positive energy. During this 4-session in-person series, you will learn the basics of Usui Level 1 Reiki and how to use this ancient healing technique focusing primarily on yourself.
No prior experience is necessary - just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn.

What makes this Reiki Class different?
Single day workshops aren't enough. This course is intentionally paced for meaningful learning amongst four shorter sessions so you can get the most out of the energy work AND learning.
Practicing over four sessions gives lots of time for learning, practice, and consolidation.
Reiki is meant to be experienced. Receive your four Level 1 attunements and LOTS of practice time so you can leave class feeling confident to practice!
