Join the Lit & Luz Festival as they celebrate 10 years of international exchange and collaboration at the Reflections on Collaboration: 10 Years of the Lit & Luz Festival event. Held at the Chicago Art Department on October 18th, this panel discussion will feature participants from previous editions of the festival reflecting on the significance of collaborations and the challenges they bring. They will share their experiences of working with individuals from different disciplines, at a distance, and in a different language. The panel aims to showcase the festival's 10 years of existence and the diverse range of experiences it has accumulated, highlighting the individual development that extends into the realms of the public and the collective. In partnership with the Chicago Art Department, the festival will kick off with the REENCOUNTERS/REECUENTROS exhibition on October 13th, featuring new work from past and present Collaboration Cohort participants. The festival will also include a keynote address by author Ana Castillo, a live magazine show, and a series of bilingual events throughout Chicago. The weather was good, and the view of the water from the window was pleasant. The blue sky and white clouds were a delight. There&#39;s a tilting glass door experience, which might make your palms sweat. Some of the glass at higher points was a bit dirty, but it was still clear enough to see outside.
