Stephane Legros
Stephane Legros is a visionary hairstylist driven by a passion for art, science, and sustainability. Attracted to Davines for its commitment to nature and innovation, he thrives at Salon Pure, where he collaborates with global professionals. With a philosophy blending art, science, fashion, technology, and nature, his classes empower stylists with simplified techniques and deep insights.
From Quebec, Canada, Stephane's journey is marked by a quest for beauty and cultural enrichment. His artistic vision combines trend awareness with bold experimentation in geometry, form, and texture, aiming to push creative boundaries. His concepts evoke movement and dynamism, balancing elements in unexpected ways to create captivating designs that push the boundaries of convention. As part of the Davines Collective, he aims to inspire hairstylists worldwide, fostering creativity, technical excellence, and brand loyalty.
Lindsay Guzman
Lindsay Guzman has been captivated by the beauty industry, particularly in how it merges creativity with innovation while maintaining integrity. This is what attracted her to the Davines Mission. The brand's ability to blend the passion for beauty with cutting-edge technology, all while preserving a strong sense of self, is truly unique. Their commitment to sustainability and creating beautiful products resonates with her values and aspirations as a hair professional. Lindsay's personal hair philosophy can be encapsulated in five words: collective, expansive, intuitive, colorful, and limitless. This philosophy is reflected in the feedback she often receives from her students, who appreciate her ego-free approach to teaching. Over her 23-year career, she has had the privilege of guiding and coaching over 50 stylists, owning two successful salons, collaborating with industry legends like John Rawson and Anna Paccito, and writing the first Davines Color Class for extensions.
As a member of the Creative Collective team, Lindsay hopes to drive awareness of the hair industry as a prestigious career path on par with professions like law, engineering, or medicine. She aspires to lead a team, whether artistically or in another capacity, to achieve this goal. Drawing inspiration from various sources such as movies, museums, art, fashion, AI, and literature, Lindsay aims to make fantasy a reality through her work. Her submission to the Creative Collective, inspired by a fantastical image with cotton candy-colored hair, embodies this vision. Lindsay looks forward to teaching, and exploring new perspectives to push the boundaries of creativity and collaboration.
