From July 20 to August 26, 2018, the 28th Qingdao International Beer Festival was held at the Golden Beach Beer City in Qingdao West Coast New Area. This beer festival highlights the "SCO theme" and introduces a series of branded beers from SCO countries. On July 12, 2019, guests opened the first barrel of beer at the opening ceremony of the Qingdao Beer Festival in Jimo Ancient City. On the same day, the 29th Qingdao International Beer Festival in Jimo Ancient City was launched, which also kicked off the 2019 Qingdao Beer Festival series.

There are lots of huge beer tents of different beer brands around the area both familiar brands and some I have never heard of, both foreign brands and several Chinese. We ended up at a little restaurant by the little German village inside the festival where we had local beer and some seafood. I do recommend finding a place to live nearby the festival area as it was really hard to get a DiDi out of there after closing time.  Also please put on some comfy shoes as the area is massive. Super fun and a lot of people. I totally loved it and will go back if I get the chance.

Qingdao is a beautiful coastal city. In April, Qingdao is full of spring flowers. I drove from Beijing to Qingdao and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I took a walk to the Olympic Sailing Center. White sailboats rose and fell in the blue bay. The sea and the sky were the same color. The light show at night was very beautiful. On the second day, I went to Xiaoyushan Park, the trestle bridge to see seagulls, the Navy Museum, and the wooden plank road along the coast to Luxun Park. The scenery was charming. On the third day, I visited the Qingdao Beer Museum and went to the Badaguan Second Bathing Beach in the afternoon. On the last day, I went to Laoshan Taiqing Palace to take the cable car up the mountain and walked down the mountain. The scenery was beautiful.

The quality of the night tour of Fuxin Bay is very good. I have come to Qingdao several times. In recent years, the night view light show around the May Fourth Square is really beautiful. It can be compared to the Bund in the United States. It is considered a few good night tour attractions in China. The overall focus of the picture is good-looking, and the picture connection shows the beauty of Qingdao. I personally think that the seaside city is one of the best.

Jimo Ancient City County Yamen is the highlight of Jimo Ancient City. The ancient city was built in the Spring and Autumn Period. Inside, you can see the life and achievements of county magistrates from various dynasties. It is an ancient county yamen that is well preserved. Due to the cold weather, there are not many visitors in the off-season. I believe that the number of visitors will increase when the weather warms up. After all, the county yamen has collected many ancient diaries and leftover materials and tools, which are worth preserving.
