Athletes will complete their pull ups first. Dips will commence once all athletes have finished pull ups (i.e. there will be a rest period between pull ups and dips). 1 point will be rewarded for every valid rep of a movement. The athlete with the highest total number of points after completing all of the movements will be the winner.
