No return trip to Vancouver for the Bruntletts would be complete without a group ride celebrating the continuously growing cycling culture in Metro Vancouver. Organised in collaboration with HUB Cycling, a group ride welcome to all ages and abilities will be organised, taking participants through a North Vancouver neighbourhood as a celebration and inspiration. We start with coffee and juice and healthy pastries at the Lynn Valley Branch and check out their e-cargo bike. Then we head out to explore the Spirit Trail in Lower Lonsdale and reconvene at MONOVA to check out the Sustainable Transportation Journey exhibit. Connect with the Bruntletts and engage in meaningful dialogue on active transportation planning in our communities.

Walking into Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, I was instantly enveloped by towering ancient trees and refreshing air. My palms were slightly sweaty as I wobbled across the high suspension bridge, but the view of the stream below and the snow-capped mountains in the distance was truly soothing! The treetop walkway was particularly fun, like strolling through the forest mid-air. The staff were very welcoming and even helped me take commemorative photos. However, during peak season, the bridge is often overcrowded with tourists, making it slow and congested, like a traffic jam. The maple cookies in the souvenir shop were surprisingly delicious, and I took a few boxes home. It&#39;s perfect for those who enjoy nature, but it might be a bit challenging if you&#39;re afraid of heights.

Grouse Mountain is a perfect natural landscape. In the summer, you can enjoy the green scenery all over the mountain. In the winter, it is also a good place for skiing. The Grouse Mountain tour bus can go directly to the sightseeing spot on the top of the mountain. The lake water is also a very clear resource.

The plank road is a must-see attraction when visiting the suspension bridge park. In fact, there is no danger. Even people like me who are afraid of heights think it is okay. The scenery here is super good, with mountains, water, lush greenery, and pleasant scenery.

Lynn Canyon Park has complete facilities for tourists, including walking trails in the forest, swaying suspension bridges over the canyon, waterfalls, and colorful streams. It is a great place for families, children, and friends to hike together and explore the forest canyon! Parking is charged at $3 per hour.

Th&eacute; trails in Lynn Canyon starting at the suspension bridge is breath taking. The bridge is not as long as Capilano but it&rsquo;s free of entrance. The only fee you need to pay is for parking. They do have a small kiosk for drinks and snacks. There are several trails you can take. it&rsquo;s easy to navigate as they have location maps in certain points to f the trail. At some point you will come across a small waterfall. There is also some areas where you can go for a dip. the water is quite cold tho even if it&rsquo;s in the summer. I&rsquo;m used to the south east beach temperature of water. There are many hikers along the trails. Some bring their dogs along. most dogs were on leash but some were not. but if you are bringing your dog, please do put them on the leash for safety reasons.
