Join the Public Art Program Team on a captivating walking tour of Downtown Boise to discover the City's remarkable collection of public art. This exceptional opportunity is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required due to limited availability. Each engaging one-hour tour will commence and conclude at the Capitol Blvd. plaza, conveniently located at Boise City Hall (150 N. Capitol Blvd). The Downtown Boise Walking tour is scheduled on the following dates: June 17, 2023, August 19, 2023, and October 21, 2021, with two time slots available for each date: 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. As you embark on this enlightening walking tour, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a water bottle to ensure your comfort. The tour covers a distance of 1.5 miles and can accommodate a maximum of 15 participants. The Boise City Department of Arts & History endeavors to make its programs and activities accessible to individuals with disabilities and those in need of language assistance.
