Lola Star's Dreamland Roller Disco is thrilled to present the Prince Purple Rain Dreamland Roller Disco as part of the Lakeside Roller Dance Night Series in Brooklyn. This highly anticipated event will take place on October 20, 2023, at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside Prospect Park.

The Prince Purple Rain Dreamland Roller Disco promises to transport attendees into a fabulous retro roller disco "dreamland." This immersive experience features themed dress-up, retro DJs spinning the hottest dance floor grooves, and a mesmerizing MC narrating the spectacle as it unfolds. The event also offers plenty of photo-worthy moments, including a red carpet where guests can strike a pose. Birthday shout-outs are available, making it the perfect spot to celebrate with friends.

For safety, facial coverings/masks are optional as per the CDC's most recent guidance. Guests are encouraged to refer to NYC Health for current guidelines and recommendations.

Doors open at 6:30 PM, and access to the rink starts promptly at 7:00 PM. It is advisable to arrive before 7:30 PM to secure skate rentals, as supplies are limited. Skate rentals are included in the admission ticket, and the rink is a polished concrete surface, so indoor wheels are recommended. Protective gear, including helmets, knee pads, and wrist pads, is available for rent.

The Lakeside venue offers a variety of food and beverage options, including beer, wine, and specialty cocktails, at their indoor/outdoor bar. Lockers are available for an additional fee.

Ticket prices range from $28.69 to $749.38, and advance ticket sales are recommended. Walk-up sales on the day of the event are allowed only if the event is not sold out. Please note that there is no guarantee of ticket availability on the day of the event.

Lola Star's Dreamland Roller Disco also offers various party packages for special occasions, such as birthdays, graduations, and bachelor or bachelorette parties. These packages include VIP admission, skate rentals, private party room rental, food, and beverage options.

To get to the LeFrak Center at Lakeside Prospect Park, subway riders can take the B, Q, or S trains to Prospect Park station. Please note that vehicles are not allowed inside Prospect Park, and street parking is the only available option.
